Job Summary

Provide exceptional support and service to banking customers, focusing on Treasury Services and e-commerce products. Lead the Treasury Services team, advocate for the Bank’s technology, and assist customers and employees with training, administration, and troubleshooting. Candidates must be located in one of our current markets- Kent City, Grand Haven, or Fenton, Michigan.

Reports To: VP Deposit Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Treasury Services team, fostering collaboration.
• Advocate for Treasury Sales, assisting with RFPs, pricing, and account structure.
• Serve as the bank’s expert in business payments and industry trends.
• Manage and update the Treasury Services fee schedule.
• Develop and maintain efficient onboarding procedures for new customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and issues.
• Oversee Treasury vendors and implement product updates.
• Identify and implement solutions to enhance customer experience and improve processes.
• Conduct training programs for staff on industry trends and system enhancements.
• Complete required annual audits and client reviews.
• Assist with compliance, internal audit, and regulatory requests.
• Comply with all federal and state banking regulations.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a small team across different locations, including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning work, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, and resolving problems. This position is an onsite position and is not remote eligible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a business-related major preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Treasury Services preferred.
• Management experience required.
