Treasury Services Manager

The Treasury Services Manager is responsible for leading the delivery, development, and management of treasury management solutions for the bank’s business customers. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and ensuring operational efficiency through the effective implementation of treasury products and services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the bank’s treasury and cash management services portfolio.
• Manage and enhance client relationships by delivering tailored treasury solutions that meet business needs.
• Oversee the development, tracking, and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) for treasury products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Business Banking, Deposit Services, Digital Banking, Deposit Operations) to ensure seamless delivery of treasury services.
• Lead the onboarding process for new treasury clients, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of services.
• Monitor regulatory changes to ensure compliance across treasury management solutions.
• Provide training and support to staff on treasury products, systems, and best practices.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present reports on pipeline performance, activity, and revenue generation to management.
• Ensure adherence to risk management policies and internal controls related to treasury operations.

• Two years’ sales experience.
• Strong understanding of treasury products and payment systems
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
• Understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices related to treasury operations.
• Professional demeanor and presentation
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Two years banking experience
• Bachelor's degree in business related degree
