At Onsite Dental, we’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to help guide our patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in helping patients achieve happy and healthy smiles by effectively managing financial discussions and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the patient journey from their first appointment through to their final treatment.


• Communicate treatment plans, schedule procedures, and present financial arrangements.


• Maintain and update patient records and treatment plans in our system.


• Provide expertise on insurance plans, handle patient follow-ups, and ensure timely payments.


• Oversee and optimize Doctor and Hygiene schedules.


• Confirm appointments and ensure a smooth consultation and progress tracking process with the Dentist.


• Handle Accounts Receivable tasks assigned by the Practice Manager.


• Support front office tasks and provide exceptional service to all patients.


• Collaborate with team members to meet patient satisfaction and office production goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Dental Experience: A background in the dental field is a must.


• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to deliver “white glove” service and connect with patients.
