Responsibilities

• Coordinating treatment plans
• Explain the treatment plan, address patient concerns and answer any questions
• Conduct financial consultations with all new patients and establish a plan for scheduling and payment
• Understand dental benefit plans and be prepared to educate patients on their dental benefits

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail
• Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator required
