We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Treatment Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the bridge between our patients and our dental team, ensuring that every child and parent feels informed, supported, and confident in their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Present and explain treatment plans to patients and families, ensuring they understand procedures, benefits, and costs.
• Discuss financial options, verify insurance benefits, and assist with payment arrangements.
• Coordinate appointments, manage schedules, and follow up with patients to ensure continuity of care.
• Act as a liaison between patients and the dental team, addressing concerns and facilitating communication.
• Maintain accurate patient records, handle treatment-related paperwork, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by management.

Qualifications: 

• 1+ years in a dental or healthcare setting; pediatric experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with dental terminology, insurance processes, and treatment planning.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
