What You'll Be Doing

As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide for patients looking to book their follow up appointments and complete their dental treatment. Your mission? Make the booking and financing process smooth, clear, and stress-free!

📋 Present treatment plans in a warm, easy-to-understand way

🗓️ Schedule appointments + collect insurance co-payments

💸 Help with insurance coverage + financial arrangements

🤝 Work closely with our doctors + team for top-tier care

📞 Follow up with patients and answer questions with kindness

😊 Educate families about General anesthesia and quality pediatric dentistry procedures

💬 Handle concerns with empathy and professionalism

What We’re Looking For 🕵️‍♀️

✅ High School Diploma (bonus points for dental/healthcare studies!)
✅ 2+ years experience working in a dental office as financial/treatment coordinator (MANDATORY)
✅ Strong knowledge of insurance coordination + financial planning
✅ Willing to work some weekends
✅ Friendly, great communicator, detail-oriented, and organized
✅ Experience with dental terms + patient management software
✅ Passion for helping families feel informed and empowered 💗
