As the bridge between a patient’s first visit and their new smile, this role is ideal for a confident communicator with a background in consultative sales, hospitality, healthcare, or patient advocacy.

What you’ll do:

• Lead orthodontic consultations and build trust with patients and families


• Clearly present treatment plans, financial options, and the value of elite care


• Guide patients through decision-making and help turn interest into action


• Partner with the clinical team to drive case acceptance and practice growth
