Our new state-of-the-art Warrington facility features a full-service department, an expansive equipment showroom, and a fully stocked parts counter, backed by 24-hour towing and hauling support. As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we're growing our tree care division, and we need a driven sales professional to lead the charge in Philadelphia and Chester County.

This is a career-building role for a sales professional who wants uncapped earning potential, real autonomy, and a company that invests in its people. As our Tree Care Equipment Sales Specialist, you'll own a high-value territory, build lasting relationships with arborists, landscapers, and forestry professionals, and become the go-to expert connecting customers with the equipment that keeps their businesses running.

On-target earnings: six figures, with a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission plan that rewards you directly for the business you build.

• Build your territory. Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts across Philadelphia and Chester County while growing relationships with existing customers.


• Become the trusted expert. Develop deep product knowledge across our tree care equipment line so you can confidently match the right solution to each customer's needs.


• Sell consultatively. Listen first, then recommend the equipment and accessories that actually solve your customer's problem — not just what's easiest to sell.


• Demonstrate and educate. Run hands-on product demos and training sessions that help customers see the value before they buy.


• Stay ahead of the market. Track industry trends and competitor activity, and adjust your approach to stay a step ahead.


• Represent Earthborne. Attend industry trade shows and sponsored events as a face of the brand.


• Support the full customer journey. Deliver the kind of post-sale support that turns first-time buyers into repeat customers and referral sources.


• Track your success. Keep sales activity, customer interactions, and forecasts current in our CRM.

What You Bring

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record


• 2+ years of experience selling tree care equipment or in a closely related industry


• Basic mechanical aptitude — you don't need to be a technician, but you should be comfortable talking shop


• A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets


• Confidence prospecting, qualifying, and growing a territory from the ground up


• Comfort with CRM systems and disciplined daily activity tracking


• A competitive, self-motivated attitude and genuine desire to win


• CDL license a plus — experience towing/hauling and securing equipment for transport is a bonus
