Joshua Tree Experts, Cranberry Twp.'s premier tree care, lawn care, and pest control professionals, is actively searching for an experienced Tree Climber to join our local production team.

The Role: As a Tree Climber with Joshua Tree Experts, you will work alongside a tight-knit, 2 to 4-person crew. You will execute tree removals, precision pruning, and general tree preservation techniques. You are the heartbeat of the operation-responsible for ensuring safe canopy operations, maintaining your assigned equipment, and communicating effectively with your team on the ground, as well as clients on the job site.

What a Tree Climber Does (Responsibilities):

• Execute safe tree care operations, understanding and following strict ANSI standards.


• Delegate workflows to Ground Operations Specialists safely and effectively.


• Safely operate aerial lifts and maintain all assigned vehicles, gear, and climbing equipment.


• Provide excellent customer service, represent the JTE brand, and maintain a professional image on-site.


• Commit to our safety-first culture every single day.


• Be available to work a reliable, full-time schedule of at least 40 hours per week.

What a Tree Climber Must Have (Requirements):

• At least 2 years of proven tree climbing experience.


• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


• High School Diploma or GED.

The BEST Candidate Will Also Have (Bonus Points):

• A Forestry or Horticulture Degree.
