• Load, strap down, and unload equipment for the job
• Operate a wheel loader, stand-on skid loader, log skidder, and chainsaws
• Use rakes and shovels to clean up the property at the end of the job
• Enjoy consistent, year-round work with a Monday through Friday schedule and daily overtime pay after 8 hours (average of 45-55 hours per week)

Our Ideal Tree Removal Crew Member/Driver

• Experienced: Previous experience with tree removal, landscaping, logging, or construction, but we are willing to provide on-the-job training for a motivated candidate interested in learning the tree removal industry. Previous experience with equipment operation is required.
• License: Class A CDL is required for this position, or you must obtain one with the company's assistance
• Safety-minded: Clean driving record for the past 3 years. Aware of your surroundings as you operate the truck on our customers' property, keeping the safety of our crew in mind.
• Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Drive to contribute to a team. Respectful to customers and coworkers, and a desire to build positive relationships with others.
• Reliable: We depend on you to be on time for work each day to ensure that our crew arrives at the job sites on time. We need someone dependable.
• Learner: This is a job with many growth opportunities. We will provide training in the tree removal industry.
• Active: Must be able to operate equipment over rough terrain, use a chainsaw, rake, and shovel, lift up to 50 lbs., climb, bend, kneel, etc.

What we offer our Tree Removal Crew Member/Driver:

• Starting Pay: $20-30/hr – depending on experience and driver's license. Once a CDL is obtained, there is a $5 per hour raise.
• Daily Overtime Pay after 8 hours
