Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Trenchless Sewer Installation Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on advanced, non-invasive sewer repair and replacement methods, including pipe lining, pipe bursting, and epoxy coating applications. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in modern trenchless technologies and committed to delivering efficient, high-quality results with minimal disruption to properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform trenchless sewer installations using methods such as pipe bursting and cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining


• Apply epoxy coatings to rehabilitate existing pipelines and extend their lifespan


• Conduct inspections and assessments of sewer systems to determine the most effective repair solution


• Operate and maintain specialized trenchless equipment and tools


• Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures


• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers on project scope and timelines


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installation or repair processes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in trenchless sewer repair and installation


• Hands-on expertise with pipe lining, pipe bursting, and epoxy coating systems


• Familiarity with sewer camera inspection equipment and diagnostic techniques


• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and underground infrastructure


• Ability to operate heavy equipment and specialized trenchless machinery


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

· Ability to handle physical workload (ability to lift 75lbs)

· Strong communication and customer service skills, friendly and approachable

· Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven

· Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions

· Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business

· Must be willing to undergo a background check, drug screen, and physical
