As a Triage Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and prioritizing patient needs, providing medical advice and support, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial assessments of patients over the phone or through virtual communication to determine the urgency of their medical needs

- Provide medical advice and support to patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals

- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and appropriate care for patients

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and interventions

- Monitor patient symptoms and escalate urgent cases to the appropriate healthcare providers

- Educate patients on preventive care and self-management techniques

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans for patients

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality and safe patient care

- Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training opportunities

Requirements:

- Active nursing license 

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Triage Nurse or in a similar role

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with electronic medical records and telehealth technology

- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

- Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
