This particular trial counsel opportunity will focus on Nursing Home & Medical Neglect. We're seeking a confident attorney who is comfortable taking full ownership of your caseload, from discovery through verdict. We will supply you with an exceptional team of legal experts to assist you in your quest towards reaching outstanding case outcomes. You'll be able to truly hone your courtroom and trial skills while you leave the back-end and pre-litigation work to your colleagues who concentrate in these areas. 

What You Will Do:

• Provide stellar representation to clients involved in nursing home negligence, elder-abuse, and medical neglect cases.
• Draft and file litigation documents (i.e. pleadings, discovery requests, responses, demands, motions, memoranda of law).
• Develop case theory, coordinate with case-related experts, and craft persuasive trial presentations.
• Lead depositions, jury selection, opening/closing statements, and direct/cross examinations.
• Manage in-court logistics and support teams.
• Provide compassionate guidance through complex medical and legal processes.

Requirements

What You Will Bring:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the South Carolina Bar.
• Three plus years of hands-on trial experience. Experience in nursing home neglect, elder abuse, or personal injury is a plus.
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
