We have taken all the guess work out of working for yourself.  We have work and we have vans and fuel to move those vans, what we don't have enough of is qualified carpenters that can lead an interior remodel job from start to finish!  

We will give you the autonomy to run your job site how you see fit and you get paid like an owner, but you drive our vehicles and wear our uniforms and install our materials!  We will handle the sales, the accounting, the marketing and the customers.  All you have to do is handle the crew and your jobs. 

We have 4 previous self employed crew leads right now and they love working here.  Chris has his weekends back and I don't think has missed a soccer game since.  Jon has family time back and no longer dealing with managing a company.
