This is an entry-level Test Technician Position.
Responsibilities :
- Direct and coordinate customer requests for service of equipment.
- Confer with supervisors and engineering personnel to resolve design and/or operational problems.
- Assess and resolve customer complaints.
- Assist with the commissioning activities where needed.
- Assist with on-floor testing of equipment where needed.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of service-related documents. Create new documents as needed or requested.
- Keep management informed of current issues relating to customer satisfaction.
- Promote the service department to all customers while representing the company in a professional, productive and helpful manner.
- Analyze equipment problems and prepare technical reports for use by engineering and management.
- Complete any Quality System records/activities as required.
Required Experience and Education:- 3-5 yrs in pattern making, developing or engineering
- A Bachelor's or associate degree in an applicable discipline preferred and/or equivalent experience.
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Pattern-making skills, Pattern software skill
- Optitex Pattern Software experience is preferred
