Trimmer - 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Manually trim and cut mats to meet required size and quality specifications.


• Use hand tools and trimming equipment to remove excess rubber and material from mats.


• Inspect finished mats for defects, uneven edges, and imperfections.


• Ensure mats are trimmed accurately and meet company quality standards.


• 
  

  Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep work area clean and organized, adhering to company 5S/lean standards

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent required.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software quickly.

  
  


• 
  

  Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read and understand technical instructions and production orders.

  
  


• 
  

  Good communication and teamwork skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to e.g., 30 lbs as needed.
