Troy Home Care Assistant

Description of the role:
University Home Care Inc is currently seeking a Home Care Assistant for our Troy location. The Home Care Assistant will be responsible for providing support and assistance to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in client's condition
- Following care plans and maintaining client confidentiality

Requirements:
- Able to work independently 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
