• Leads a full food truck shift (prep → service → closeout)

• Assigns stations and controls speed

• Protects the guest experience

• Owns cleanliness and presentation

• Makes decisions under pressure

• Holds the team accountable

• Drives the truck safely to and from events

• Submits clean, accurate closeouts

You are the conductor.
