Job Title: Parts Sales Representative

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping and receiving, inventory control, and OEM experience. In addition, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills, with a focus on phone communication, and have a deep understanding of Cummins and Autocar products.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain inventory control of heavy-duty truck parts

- Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner

- Provide exceptional customer service through phone communication and in-person interactions

- Utilize OEM experience to provide customers with accurate and detailed information about products

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in parts sales, shipping and receiving, and inventory control

- Strong knowledge of Cummins and Autocar products

- Excellent phone communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software

- Experience in heavy-duty truck sales and wholesale parts is a plus
