Truck Driver

MI Metals is hiring a dedicated route CDL A Truck Driver. Competitive pay and benefits!

CDL A Truck Driver will deliver customer orders in accordance with the prescribed delivery schedule. Plans route. Straps and covers bundles to ensure safe transportation of extruded aluminum products. Keeps the truck clean. Makes minor repairs; reports malfunctions and requirements for major repairs. Complies with regulations for inter- and intra-state commerce. Checks quantities of goods received and obtains proper signature for deliveries.

• Valid Class A Commercial Truck Driver License.
• Must have minimum 3 years local or OTR truck driver experience
• Must pass all DOT requirements including physical examination and drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Team player with good customer service skills.
• Ability to read, speak and write the English language.
• CDL drivers are subject to DOT random drug and alcohol tests.
