Truck Driver - Class A CDL

Join a team that builds to last. Conco Construction is seeking an experienced Truck Driver to safely transport construction materials, aggregates, and equipment to jobsites throughout Wichita and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

·         Safely transport loose materials, aggregates, and construction equipment on public roadways and active jobsites

·         Load, unload, and operate heavy equipment as needed

·         Properly tie down and secure equipment and materials for transport

·         Complete required daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections

·         Maintain compliance with DOT requirements and company safety procedures

·         Previous experience operating an end dump, dump truck, or other Class 8 tractor-trailer combination

·         Valid Class A CDL required

Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on experience, skills, and job performance.

Additional Considerations

·         All offers of employment are contingent upon successfully completing a background check, drug screen, and physical

·         Wages are based on experience and performance

·         Must be available to work outside normal operating hours when necessary

·         Normal operating hours are generally:

o    Fall/Winter: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

o    Spring/Summer: 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

·         Employees are responsible for reliable transportation to and from assigned jobsites
