Job Summary
The Truck Loader is responsible for efficiently loading and unloading trailers, performing
raw material inspections, operating manual and powered jacks, and maintaining a clean
and organized work area. This role supports warehouse and production operations while
upholding strict food safety, quality, and safety standards. Strong physical ability,
attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
● Load and unload raw materials and finished goods from trailers
● Conduct raw material inspections to ensure quality and compliance
● Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
● Maintain a clean and organized loading area
● Accurately document trailer loads and material movement
● Follow safety protocols and food quality procedures
● Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding material status
● Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications
● Must be able to read and understand English
● Strong organizational skills required
● Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
● Previous experience in truck loading, warehouse operations, or
shipping/receiving preferred
● Forklift certification a plus

Physical Requirements
● Frequent standing, bending, squatting, twisting, reaching, pushing/pulling
● Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds
● Repetitive motions and physical endurance required throughout the shift
● Strong eye/hand/foot coordination required
● Must be able to work in environments with:
○ Temperature changes (indoor/outdoor or cooler areas)
○ High noise levels
○ Vibrations from machinery and equipment
● Physical strength requirements: Heavy

● 10-Hour Shifts
● Weekend shifts are rotated
● Wage $15-$16
