We’re hiring Truck Team Members to join our crew in Honolulu. You’ll work in teams, roll out in our iconic blue trucks, and help local homes and businesses clear out their unwanted items — all while delivering exceptional customer experiences and having fun on the job.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Team up with friendly, motivated crew members each day
   
• Ride across the island in our clean, branded trucks
   
• Interact with customers and provide top-tier service
   
• Lift and load unwanted items (yes, it’s a workout!)
   
• Dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donation & proper disposal
   
• Represent the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand with professionalism
   

What You Bring

• A great attitude and strong work ethic
   
• Friendly, customer-first mindset
   
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
   
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for driving roles)
   
• Must be 18+ years old
   
• Previous experience in general labor, moving, delivery, sales, or customer service is a bonus (but not required!)

Qualifications:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Driver’s License: Valid standard driver’s license required.
• Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
