Truss Assembler – 1st and 2nd Shift

Location: Sanford, NC 27332
Pay: From $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on shift
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: Either 06:00am - 04:30pm or 04:30pm - 03:00am

Job Description:

Seeking hardworking Truss Assemblers to build and assemble trusses in a fast-paced environment. Must follow safety guidelines and ensure quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use hand and power tools to assemble wood components and materials

• Read and follow basic instructions, work orders, or diagrams

• Position and align materials accurately to ensure proper fit and finish

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process

• Complete daily production tasks with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing)

• Experience with hand tools and power tools.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Warehouse or construction experience a plus

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!

• Previous experience with assembling trusses is a huge plus!
