Position: Trust AdministratorLocation: San Diego, CA 92121Duration: 5+ months with possible extensionPay rate: $41-43.00/hr on W2

JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for the administration, risk management and servicing of assigned fiduciary and investment management accounts.May include Relationship Management responsibilities as well as product specialty knowledge and expertise (such as IRAs, Charitable/Philanthropic Accounts, ILITs, Estates, etc.)Will likely work as part of a team of experts administering accounts where tasks are assigned based on complexity.Accountable for servicing and retention of existing accounts.Administers accounts in a manner which ensures compliance with the governing documents, state statutes and policies and procedures.Responsible for meeting all corporate and regulatory compliance standards.Perform due diligence to determine client contact information or lack thereof.Upon determining path of fund remittance, prepare appropriate documentation for client communication and send monies to the appropriate endpoint.Document due diligence; document determination of path of fund remittance; and send monies.

Required Skills:Attention to detail is a critical skill as well as investigative abilities.The candidate must be highly organized and be able to follow instructions as per project guidelines.A paralegal or accounting background might be helpful.Experience with the SEI trust system, Lexis-Nexis, or Ancestry would be valuable but not required.No minimum education required, but any experience in the personal trust discipline would be helpful.
