To be Considered:

We are seeking an experienced Trust and Estates Paralegal to join our team. Only applicants with at least 4 or more years working as a Trust and Estates paralegal will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys with all aspects of trust and estate planning, administration, and probate.

- Prepare probate court filings

- Manage and organize client files and records.

- Coordinate and communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions.

- Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Trust and Estates Paralegal.

- Familiarity with Tabs3, GEMS, ESI Appraise, and Microsoft Suite is preferred but not required.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Team player with a professional demeanor.
