Snell & Wilmer, one of the largest law firms in the Western United States, is seeking a full-time Trust & Retainer Specialist to join our Finance Department in our Phoenix office.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills who can manage financial transactions accurately while maintaining excellent communication with attorneys, staff, and clients.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Once fully trained, you may have the option to work a hybrid schedule with flexibly to adjust based on business needs.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a professional environment
