Job Description
Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, provides locally managed and collaborative wealth management solutions, including a broad array of planning and advisory services, investment management, trust and estate planning, brokerage and investment services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients through multiple integrated businesses.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trust Officer to provide comprehensive daily administration of personal trust accounts of moderate to high complexity, value, and profile. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients of our Delaware Advantage trust and agency platform, including advisors, intermediaries, and other high-value referral sources.The incumbent will serve as the primary relationship manager for a book of personal trust accounts—ensuring fiduciary compliance, risk-sensitive administration, and client satisfaction—while working closely with the Team Leader and internal partners. This includes directing and coordinating bank resources to ensure timely delivery of services, proactive issue resolution, and effective communication across all client touchpoints.
The position requires strong working knowledge of Delaware trust law, fiduciary principles, investment management, and trust accounting systems. The Trust Officer will regularly interface with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Legal) and external stakeholders (clients, attorneys, accountants, and other advisors) and will actively participate in client and prospect meetings.

Salary Range:
$53,744.00 - $88,290.50Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
