Summary
INB, N.A. is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Trust Operations Assistant to support the efficient administration of trust operations. Reporting directly to the Trust Operations Manager, this individual will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks in accordance with the bank’s Trust Policy, internal procedures manual, and applicable OCC regulations.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
High School degree or equivalent required. Two years of administrative and/or operations background in trust preferred, but not required.
Language Skills
Requires ability to communicate effectively and clearly (both written and verbal); Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Mathematical Skills
Requires ability to perform basic mathematical calculations; add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Requires ability to use good judgement in making routine and complex decisions; Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to sell products and Services; Must be goal-oriented and able to achieve individual goals as well as work as a team player to achieve departmental and/or Bank goals.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, with an ability to quickly learn other bank-related programs.

Salary: $ 38,000.00 to $ 45,000.00 annually. Salary will be commensurate with experience
