About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Trust & Estates Associate to join our client's esteemed practice. This role is ideal for an attorney passionate about assisting individuals and families in navigating the complexities of estate planning. You will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility, engage in continuous professional development, and lay the groundwork for future leadership within our client's firm. Responsibilities:

• Draft wills, trusts, and other estate-planning documents
• Assist clients with planning strategies tailored to their goals and circumstances
• Work closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated T&E matters
• Develop increasing responsibility for client relationships and matters

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of Trusts & Estates experience preferred (1-2 years can be considered if drafting ability and overall fit are particularly strong)
• Demonstrated estate-planning drafting experience (wills, trusts, related documents)
• Strong research, writing, communication, and client-service skills
• Potential salary flexibility for the right candidate and additional experience.
