Estates and Trusts Associate - Charlotte, NC

Offit Kurman is seeking an estate planning and administration associate to join the firm’s growing Estates and Trusts Practice Group. Successful candidates will have at least Three (3) years of experience in estate planning and estate/trust administration.

The ideal candidate has:

• The ability to draft sophisticated estate planning documents including trusts, wills, and powers of attorney;

• Experience planning and advising on wealth-transfer plans, asset protection, and related corporate and tax issues; and

• Client relationship skills including the ability to lead in-person client meetings.
