Responsibilities:
- Draft, prepare, and file probate petitions, court pleadings, notices, and related legal documents.
- Assist with estate administration, including asset collection, valuation, and transfer of property.
- Prepare and maintain estate inventories, accountings, and related reports.
- Manage deadlines for probate filings, tax submissions, and court requirements.
- Assist with preparation of federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns.
- Maintain accurate case files and document management systems.
Requirements:
- 4+ years related work experience
- Estate and trust administration experience
- Bachelors Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
