Job Title: Tubing Fitter (Oil & Gas Sector)
Location: Iberia, Louisiana
Compensation: Hourly pay with overtime opportunities (no per diem)

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Tubing Fitters with a minimum of 3+ years of experience bending stainless steel tubing for the oil and gas upstream sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with 1", ¾", ½", 3/8", and ¼" stainless steel tubing, as well as the ability to install instrumentation systems. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tubing Installation:
  • Accurately measure, cut, and bend stainless steel tubing (1", ¾", ½", 3/8", and ¼") to project specifications.
  • Install tubing for instrumentation systems in oil and gas facilities, ensuring precision and durability.
• Instrumentation Setup:
  • Install and maintain instrumentation equipment, including gauges, transmitters, and sensors, per industry standards.
  • Ensure proper connections and functionality of instrumentation systems.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations.
  • Participate in safety meetings and adhere to workplace safety policies.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with project blueprints, standards, and customer requirements.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work effectively with other team members, including electricians and supervisors, to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience bending and installing stainless steel tubing in the oil and gas upstream sector.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in using tubing benders and other related tools.
  • Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems and their installation.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Requirements:
  • Pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various outdoor environments.
