Tunnel Operator

As a Tunnel Operator, you are the heartbeat of the wash line. You’ll guide vehicles safely into the tunnel, ensure every car is prepped for a smooth, high-quality wash, and create a fast, friendly, and professional experience for every customer. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a high-energy team, this role is for you. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Safely guide vehicles into the tunnel using hand signals and verbal communication 

Pre-spray and prep vehicles to ensure top-quality wash results 

Monitor tunnel operations to ensure safety, flow, and equipment performance 

Deliver friendly, proactive customer service at every interaction 

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area 

Follow safety protocols and company operating standards at all times 

Communicate with leadership and maintenance teams regarding any operational issues 

Support teammates across other site areas as needed
