Requirements

• Manage and maintain a route of 400-500 residential and commercial lawn care customers
• Perform weed control, fertilization, and other turf treatments
• Provide exceptional customer service and account management
• Handle turf bid requests and create proposals for potential clients
• Efficiently manage daily routes to ensure timely and quality service
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive lawn care solutions

As a Ryan Turf Route Manager you will work with our customers to provide excellent lawn care services to help maintain the health of their beautiful lawns and landscapes. Other necessities needed to carry out this type of work are: 

• General turfgrass knowledge 
• Excellent customer service
• Be a team player 
• Ability to to work in all weather conditions 
• Ability to obtain and maintain state issued pesticide applicator license 
• Willingness to learn new skills and work outside of the department to help the company achieve its goals.
