Turf Route Manager

Ryan Lawn & Tree is looking for a Turf Route Manager to join our team. This isn't just about applying fertilizer. You'll be managing your own route of 400-500 customers, building relationships, and providing top-notch lawn care services.

What you'll do:

• Manage your own route and be the face of Ryan Lawn & Tree to your customers.
• Handle turf treatments, fertilization, and weed control.
• Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Create proposals for new clients and grow your route.

• A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a DOT certification.
• Experience in the green or agricultural industry is a plus, but if you're self-motivated and driven, we want to talk to you.
• The ability to get a state-issued pesticide applicator license within 3 months of joining.
•  A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a DOT certification. 
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk 3+ miles a day.
