Job Description - Turkish Speaking Customer Service for Aviation industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an opportunity for Turkish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Pharmaceuticals industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and dedicated to providing exemplary customer support. As a member of our customer service team, you will assist clients in navigating pharmaceutical services and ensuring a positive experience in Turkish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and services via phone, email, and chat in Turkish.
  • Provide accurate information on medication availability, instructions, and health-related queries.
  • Assist customers with order processes, including refills, tracking shipments, and resolving issues.
  • Handle complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for compliance and future reference.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and company offerings to provide relevant assistance.
  • Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
