Turkish Speaking Customer Service for Banking industry

As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering essential information and support in Turkish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding banking products, services, and account information via phone, email, and chat in Turkish.
• Assist customers with account management tasks, including applications, transactions, and troubleshooting issues.
• Provide information about new products, promotions, and banking regulations.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and service quality is upheld.
• Stay informed about industry trends, banking policies, and product offerings to enhance customer support.

• Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently while managing customer inquiries.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with banking software, CRM applications, and general computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
