As a representative, you will assist clients in understanding our biotechnology products and services, serving as a vital link between our company and the clients who rely on us.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding biotechnology solutions and services via phone, email, and chat in Turkish.
• Provide information on product specifications, usage guidelines, and compliance related questions.
• Assist clients with troubleshooting issues and communicate effectively with technical support teams.
• Document all customer interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping in our CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and product offerings.
• Stay updated on industry developments and the company’s biotechnology advancements to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Turkish (both oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in biotechnology or a related field, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
