Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to construction services, project timelines, and service specifications via phone, email, and chat in Turkish.
• Provide information about construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Assist clients in resolving issues calmly and efficiently, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to facilitate customer requests.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and company services to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the construction industry.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to convey technical information simply and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle inquiries in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
