You will be instrumental in assisting clients with their inquiries regarding energy services and providing exceptional support in Turkish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to oil and gas products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Turkish.
• Provide detailed information on service options, pricing, and energy-related compliance.
• Assist customers with account management, including service modifications and troubleshooting.
• Resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely responses.
• Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company services to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Turkish (both oral and written) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the energy or oil & gas sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and an approachable demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to navigate complex inquiries with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
