As a key member of our team, you will engage with customers in Turkish and assist them in navigating their inquiries, ensuring a delightful customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to food and beverage products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in Turkish.
• Provide detailed information about product ingredients, nutritional facts, and availability.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and any changes that may be needed.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer management system.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings to enhance customer knowledge.

• Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the food and beverage sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and various office software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
