As a part of our dynamic team, you will assist clients with inquiries related to travel accommodations, bookings, and various tourism services, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience in Turkish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to hotel reservations, travel packages, and tourism activities via phone, email, and live chat in Turkish.
• Provide detailed information about services, promotions, and local attractions to enhance customer travel experiences.
• Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Address and resolve any customer complaints and issues with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with hotel and tourism partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed on travel trends, company offerings, and destination-specific information to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
