Job Description - Turkish Speaking Customer Service for Information Technology (IT) industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Turkish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Information Technology (IT) industry. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and committed to delivering outstanding customer support. As a member of our team, you will assist clients with their inquiries, ensuring they receive accurate information and comprehensive solutions in Turkish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to IT products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Turkish.
  • Provide assistance with software and hardware troubleshooting, account management, and service inquiries.
  • Educate customers about product features, installations, and updates.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently and effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and future reference.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and support.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and company offerings to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the IT sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions clearly to customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and general technology applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
