As a representative, you will assist clients and customers in navigating renewable energy solutions while providing outstanding service in Turkish.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries related to renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and chat in Turkish.
• Educate customers on energy-saving programs, the benefits of renewable energy, and available electricity options.
• Provide assistance with account management, service inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments to enhance customer service and engagement.

• Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the renewable energy or sustainability sectors.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear manner.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
