As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and ensure satisfaction with their shopping experience, all while communicating effectively in Turkish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding retail products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in Turkish.
• Provide detailed information on product availability, pricing, and promotional offers to assist customers in their purchase decisions.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth transaction experience.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address customer needs effectively.
• Stay informed about the latest retail trends and product knowledge to provide relevant assistance to customers.

• Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the retail industry.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
