Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, plans, devices, and technical support via phone, email, and live chat in Turkish.
• Provide customers with clear information regarding service activation, troubleshooting, and billing inquiries.
• Assist customers in managing their accounts, making changes to plans, and understanding their statements.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and resolution of issues.
• Stay updated on telecommunications products, services, and policies to offer informed assistance.

• Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
