So, what exactly would you do?

As an ABA Para, you’ll work one-on-one with a child on skills that can make a real difference in everyday life.

Help build important life skills — from communication and following directions to social interaction and independence.

Make learning FUN! — use play, games, activities, and positive reinforcement to help a child practice new skills.

Celebrate progress, big and small! — every new attempt, every breakthrough, and every step forward matters.

Be part of a team — work with guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and follow an individualized treatment plan designed around the child’s needs.

No two sessions are exactly alike. You’ll have opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact while helping a child reach their goals.

✨ WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Energetic, positive, and ready to get involved
Willing to learn and open to feedback
Passionate about helping children succeed

ABA or RBT experience is a plus! Training and guidance may be available for the right person.

LOCATION: Stamford, Connecticut
PAY: $22–$30 per hour
