Overview: This role is ideal for licensed producers who want to continue selling while developing leadership skills. You’ll start in production and have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role over time.
What You’ll Do:

Sell life insurance remotely
Learn recruiting and mentoring skills
Assist in onboarding new agents
Develop leadership capabilities
