Position Summary 

Evening shift 2pm - 10:30pm. 

One Source is seeking polished, attentive Turn Down Attendants to join the housekeeping team at our luxury hotel in Truckee. As a Turn Down Attendant, you'll deliver the signature evening experience that sets a luxury stay apart. Anticipating guest needs, paying close attention to the finest details, and creating a refined, restful atmosphere for every guest.

Responsibilities 

• Perform luxury-standard evening turn down service in assigned guest rooms and suites, respecting Do Not Disturb requests and guest privacy

• Turn down beds with precision, arranging premium linens, pillows, and bedding to brand standards

• Place signature turn down amenities, such as chocolates, bottled water, slippers, and personalized evening notes

• Tidy guest rooms and discreetly arrange guest belongings without disturbing them

• Set the ambiance by closing drapes, adjusting lighting, and preparing the room for a restful evening

• Refresh bathrooms by replacing towels and bath linens, wiping surfaces, and replenishing premium toiletries

• Remove trash, dishes, and room service items from guest rooms

• Anticipate guest preferences and fulfill special requests with a warm, personalized approach

• Report maintenance concerns, damages, lost-and-found items, and safety hazards

• Maintain assigned carts, supplies, and equipment in pristine condition

• Follow all luxury service standards, safety procedures, chemical-handling requirements, and company policies

• Communicate professionally with guests and leadership, and support additional housekeeping duties as assigned

Qualifications 

• Previous luxury hotel, resort, or high-end housekeeping experience preferred

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to elevated guest service

• Professional, discreet, and polished demeanor with strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently and complete assigned rooms on time to luxury standards

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift, and lift up to 30 pounds

• Evening availability, including weekends and holidays
